How does the Veryloving charm work?
The Veryloving charm is a wearable accessory designed to be worn as jewelry. It connects with your smartphone through wireless technology and a companion mobile app to enable connected features and experiences.
How long does the battery last?
The battery lasts about 7–14 days, depending on usage.
Is the jewelry water-resistant?
Yes. It’s resistant to water splashes and sweat. We don’t recommend fully submerging it in water.
Who can see my location?
Only the contacts you choose will be able to see your location.
Does the jewelry work without a phone connection?
The Veryloving charm connects with your smartphone through wireless technology and works together with the companion mobile app to enable its smart features.
What happens if I press the charm button by accident?
The charm includes safeguards to help prevent accidental activation. If the button is pressed unintentionally, the action can be canceled easily by holding the star button for 5 seconds or cancel through the companion app.
Do I need a subscription to use the app?
No. Currently, you can enjoy the in-app experience for free!
Where do you ship the jewelry?
We currently ship within the United States.
